Returns and Exchanges

At Ackee, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, items may not meet your expectations or require a different size or style. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy for free exchanges. However, please note that returns will incur a return shipping fee. Please review the following guidelines regarding our return and exchange policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns and exchanges are applicable to all regular-priced items purchased directly from Ackee.
- The item(s) must be in new, unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and exchanges can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at clientsupport@theackeeshop.com. Provide them with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- Once your exchange request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
- Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to return the item(s) to us.

3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@theackeeshop.com. Provide them with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning the item(s).
- Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to return the item(s) to us.
- A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- For customers within the contiguous United States, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Inspection and Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange or return once the returned item(s) are received.
- If the desired item(s) for exchange is out of stock, we will issue you a store credit or provide an alternative solution based on your preference.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Additional Considerations:
- Exchanges can only be made for items within the same product category.
- Items purchased during promotional or discounted periods may be subject to different return and exchange policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during those promotions.
