SHIPPING METHODS AND CHARGES

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in South Florida, USA. For all shipping enquiries, please feel free to email clientsupport@theackeeshop.com

We endeavor to process orders within 1-3 business days. Please note during sales periods there may be a slight delay with processing your order.

Standard 3 to 4 business days $5.99


SHIPPING DELAYS

Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of Ackee's control. Shipping delays can be a result of customs clearances, holiday periods, or the remote nature of your delivery location. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for express delivery where possible. Ackee is not responsible for shipping delays on orders and cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or timeframes.

LOST PACKAGES

Ackee offers tracking for all orders, however Ackee does not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit or goods that have been delivered with a valid proof of delivery. If your parcel goes missing, you will be required to lodge a formal complaint as the owner of the parcel with USPS/UPS/FedEx.
